ABOUT

The history of Bela Vista farm started 110 years ago, since the beginning ran by the Lima Reis family, today represented by the brothers Isabela and Toni. The farm is in the South of Minas, in the city of Nepomuceno, an extremely privileged region by climate, altitude (average 1050 m) and topography.

This Yellow Catuai varietal begins the drying process by spending 48 hours in closed sacks in the shade. The coffee is then taken to the patio and dried for 3 days, with further 3 days in static boxes. Lastly, the beans rest for 15 days and are placed in the rotative dryers to dry them one last time.
