Our Freshness Guarantee

At Excelso Coffee we stand by our commitment to quality and freshness. Our coffee is roasted fresh daily to order and we keep only enough on hand to fill 'extra' orders and to sell through our retail shop. 

If you do find that the coffee is not up to our usual impeccable standards, please contact us immediately on 07 578 2832.
Free Delivery in Tauranga and Mount Maunganui Area

Contact us for details on our free Friday delivery service for the central Tauranga/Mount area.  

Prompt Delivery

We endeavour, whenever possible, to have your coffee delivered within 24 hours of order to ensure freshness upon arrival.  If you live in a rural area, it can take longer for delivery.  You will be sent tracking information if we have sent your parcel via courier. We do request that you contact us immediately if you have not received your coffee within 48 hours of ordering - email us at info@excelso.co.nz
Sales & Service

Our friendly helpful team are only a phone call (or computer button) away from any assistance that you may require.  Please do not hesitate in contacting us with any questions about coffee or equipment.  If we don't have the answer right away we will take the time to find a solution and get back to you.  We also have a number of contacts and businesses we can refer you to if we cannot help.
Technical Support

We pride ourselves on making sure you know how to operate and maintain your coffee equipment properly.  We want you to be making a great cup of coffee every time.  Also, if we cannot help you fix or maintain your machine, we can refer you to someone that can.
