Filter roasts offer a wider range of flavours, which can include floral, fruity, and acidic notes. The lighter roast allows for more subtle flavours to come through, providing a complex and vibrant taste experience.
Medium to darker roasts have more prominent chocolatey, nutty, and caramelised flavours. The darker roast develops these flavours through caramelisation of sugars and some degree of bitter notes.
